Counseling for individuals, couples and families yearning to cope, understand, and overcome. Acralys Diaz-Gonzalez opened ADG Marriage & Family Therapy to provide people a comfortable space where self-reflection and growth could take place. A licensed mental health counselor (LMHC), Acralys has been a practicing psychotherapist for ten years. Helping clients cope, find breakthroughs, and achieve personal growth is her passion. Promising personalized care, Acralys prioritizes client goals throughout therapy.

In therapy, we talk about what’s going on. Not only has research shown that putting your worries into words has a significant therapeutic effect on the brain, you know it to be true. People are social creatures. We all talk about our troubles with our friends and family to blow off steam. But, in many cases, our friends and family are ill-equipped to help us cope. Whether you are experiencing difficulties in your relationship, personal struggles, or concerned about the wellbeing of your child, ADG Marriage & Family Therapy is here to extend a hand. Here, you will always find an attentive ear and an open heart. Acralys believes therapy is about helping clients acknowledge habits that are disempowering, keeping them stuck and perpetuating unhappiness. That is why she works closely with them to help them expand their vision, set goals that will get them living full lives, and teach them to redefine how they see the problem.
